Limited Warranty
Biomedis USA are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in parts and labor for 6 months from the date of receiving device from Biomedis USA.
Officially established service life of the product is 5 years.
The service life can be extended if you take good care of your device.
The company is not responsible in case of:
- Defects on the product which happened during transportation, storage and use.
- Damages from natural sources like fire, water, fire, flood, or natural disaster.
- Damages from sweat and other body fluids.
- Damages from falls and uncared use.
- Devices that were bought from a third party.
- Devices that have a damaged factory seal.
- The limited warranty will be void if product has been opened or otherwise tampered with.
- The limited warranty will be void if warranty registration has not been returned within 10 days from receipt of the product. Please take a picture of the Warranty card which is located on the back of the menu book and send the image to biomedisusa@gmail.com.
If repair is not covered by warranty, reasonable charges will be assessed by Biomedis USA.
If unit was bought directly through Biomedis USA please call 954-303-3355 for a return authorization and for instructions on how to proceed with the problem.
How to send your device for warranty and post-warranty repairs
Write the request with the following information in this order:
- Your Full Name;
- Name of the Device;
- Device’s serial number;
- Address;
- Phone;
- Email;
- Description of the shortcoming and troubleshooting;
- Photo or video of the device from all sides:
- Date of the receiving this device from Biomedis USA
- Today’s date.
Email the request to: biomedisusa@gmail.com
In the subject line put the tracking number.
Attention!
- Devices are sent to Moscow, Russia for repairs and may take 2 weeks to 2 months to get it back.
- The sender is responsible for the shipping to the service center in USA for evaluation. The address will be provided after we receive your request.
- Biomedis USA reserves the right not to accept the package.
- Print 2 copies of the request: one copy is for you and put the second copy in the package with the device.
- Send the device with box and menu book with warranty card on the back and no cords and accessories. It is highly recommended to put the device inside the original foam frame, which you can find inside the box, and wrap it individually in bubble wrap for extra protection.
